I will say.. that I like Obama's pick.... Sotomayor..... Woman and Hispanic... 2 groups that should have a voice on the Supreme Court.

My bet was female and Hispanic, but not sure who...now we know! Seems a bit moderate for my tastes, but we'll see which way se leans. Will she be another Souter? I surely do hope so. The Gant decision and the New Haven Firefighters case are rather odd for someone who is supposed to be able to stand up to Scalia. Interesting choice, and I am delighted it's a momma!
By the way, it's the busy season for everyone. No worries, as we, your faithful readers, will still be here. Do whatcha gotta do, Girl.
